The Florida court's ruling that the Orange County Appraisers office improperly valued one Disney resort could lead to millions in tax refunds. 

The Federal Aviation Administration has issued a Determination which clears the way for Disney to erect a 240-foot crane on the site previously earmarked for Reflections - A Disney Lakeside Lodge. 

With sales due to launch in less than a week, model rooms of the newest Disney Vacation Club destination may soon be available to tour.
