Higher prices soon for Aulani, Polynesian

Before the year is up, buyers will find themselves paying more to purchase points at two Disney Vacation Club properties.

Property taxes for most Orlando DVC resorts higher than estimated

In August 2015, the Orange County Property Appraiser issued "Notices of Proposed Property Taxes" for 2015 for the Disney Vacation Club resorts located at Walt Disney World. These notices indicate that taxes are going up, and in most cases they are going up more than anticipated.

Disney Vacation Club members have access to a variety of Disney theme park ticket option, including the new Gold level Annual Pass which is significantly less than the Platinum Pass with about 4 weeks of blockout dates around Christmas and Easter.

However, there are other ticketing options which are not available to DVC owners or the general public. Among them are seasonal passes with heavy blockout schedules and Epcot "after 4pm" passes. These ticket media are only offered to Florida residents.
