Disneyland Hotel Reservations Open May 16 for New Owners

Early owners of The Villas at Disneyland Hotel can begin booking their first stay as early as May 16, 2023; other members hoping to book dates 7 months prior to arrival will have to wait quite a bit longer.

The Villas at Disneyland Hotel Sales Open May 2 for Current Members, May 30 for First Time Buyers

Dates have been announced for the start of sales at Disney Vacation Club's newest destination. Base price will reportedly be $230 per point. There is no word on discounts that will be offered for add-ons or first-time purchase.

Disneyland Hotel Transient Occupancy Tax to be Billed During Stay

Guests staying in The Villas at Disneyland Hotel using Disney Vacation Club will be required to pay an Anaheim city lodging tax based upon the cost and length of their stay.

Update: The tax has been confirmed at $2.73 per point for 2023 with DVC publishing a chart showing the cost for each accommodation throughout the year. Link inside.
