About a month ago we posted a look at how the Disney Vacation Club had apparently made substantial reductions in the dining discounts available to members.  While the number of discounted locations is not quite as extensive as it was just a year ago, the situation appears to be a little better than was initially feared.

DVC has gone to great lengths in recent years to make new dining discount programs available to members, but they haven't been nearly as vocal in telling us about other discounts which are disappearing.  Take a look at some of the restaurant discounts which have been eliminated over the past year.

On February 24, 2008, the Flying Fish Cafe at Disney's BoardWalk will play host to a very special luncheon.  The luncheon is hosted by resident chef Tim Keating and Bryan Del Bondio, President of the Markham Winery.

In 2006 DVC members gained access to the Magic Your Way Dining Plan...but only when using their points to stay at one of the 6 DVC resorts based at Walt Disney World.  Now members have a few more options for utilizing the dining plan.

DVC members are eligible to receive a discount at Disney Animal Kingdom's newest eatery.
