Disney Vacation Club has scheduled the 2010 editions of the holiday gatherings to be held on various Thursdays and Fridays in December.

Reminder that Member Services will begin taking reservations for the 2011 S.S. Member Cruise at 8am Eastern on Saturday October 2, 2010.  On this date, Member Services will ONLY accept calls for the member cruise booking or for Disney Vacation Club resort stays occurring October 2 - 17, 2010.  Those wishing to make other DVC resort reservations or transactions should contact Member Services another day.

Those hoping to book the member cruise are advised to begin calling immediately at 8am Eastern and should be prepared to accept multiple cabin categories in the event that a first choice is no longer available.  For additional details and booking tips click HERE.

UPDATE:  As of 12:20pm eastern, the only available staterooms are in Categories T, 4 (A, B, C, D) and 5 (A, B, C, D, E)

It has been several years since Disney introduced a resort-based portrait service in conjunction with its PhotoPass product.  The exact make-up and cost of the service have been tweaked a number of times but Disney Vacation Club members remain eligible for an attractive discount.

It appears we finally have a release date for one of the Disney Vacation Club exclusive Vinylmation figurines.
