Disney Vacation Club retained the title of top timeshare through the first three quarters of 2011.

In its fiscal year 2011 which ended September 30, 2011, The Walt Disney Company posted a record profit $4.8 billion dollars.  However Disney Vacation Club performance declined, largely due to issues surrounding the Aulani resort project in Hawai'i.

In addition to the previously-announced 2011 consolidated Condominium Association Meeting planned for December 8 at Walt Disney World, Disney Vacation Club has added a second meeting later in the month to be held at Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas.
