Today marks the official start of sales for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. As points are purchased, new owners will be able to make their first reservations almost immediately but non-owners will have to wait a little longer than usual.
A model room for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will open on Thursday, May 23 to coincide with the start of points sales.
Inside are the just-released 2013 and 2014 points charts for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, along with some early cost comparisons with another Disney Vacation Club property.
Disney Vacation Club issued a press release and announcement video heralding the beginning of sales for the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort. Contained within that content are a few new bits of information, including new images of the model rooms and an estimated opening date for the facility.
Also available are pre-sale prices and 2013 annual dues values.
