Guest rooms and pools are receiving some TLC at Disney Vacation Club's largest resort. 

As Disney Vacation Club wrestles with Validus Construction Services over the refurbishment at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, numerous subcontractors are left in limbo. 

The water feature at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa will be unavailable for a time during the winter of 2021.

The Orlando-based construction company originally hired to renovate Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has sued Disney Vacation Club Management for breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation.
