Few Changes to Disney Vacation Club Direct Pricing in Spring 2025 Incentives

Disney Vacation Club must be pleased with the current pace of point sales because they're clearly in no rush to jump start purchases. With incentives expressed as a per-point discount based upon resort and purchase size, these rates are little more than a dollar or two difference per-point compared to the last round.  

Following a February 2025 increase, most resorts now sit at a base price of $235 per point. For Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows, first time buyers purchasing 200 points receive a modest $7 per point discount (down from $8 in the winter rates) for a net rate of $228 each. Current owners adding 200 points would make out a little better with $11 savings (down from $12) for a net of $224 each.   

Incentives for The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort also remained about the same. However, not illustrated below is an "Anniversary" incentive of a flat $1000 off any purchase of 150 or more for both current and new owners.  

A first time buyer of the Cabins will pay $218 each or $43,600 for 200 points. The anniversary incentive takes this down to $42,600 before closing costs and other fees. A current owner would pay $211 each or $42,200 for 200 points. After the $1000 anniversary incentive, this total is reduced to $41,200.  

More of the same for Disney's Riviera Resort. 200 points purchased at a base price of $235 would cost $47,000 with no incentives applied. A first time buyer saves $2,400 via the per-point incentive (200 x $12) for a net rate of $44,600 or $223 per point. 

A current DVC owner adding 200 points makes out much better, saving $4,800 via the per-point incentive for a net price of $42,200 or $211 per point. 

Aulani incentives are also a dollar or two different at every purchase level.  At 200 points, first time buyers save $14 each (down from $16 previously) while current owners saw their discount increase from $26 per point in the last round to $28 now. More substantial savings kick-in at 250 points for new owners. 

The base price for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel is higher at $245 each and the incentives are largely unchanged from the prior cycle. 200 vacation points currently goes for $226 each for a new member and $222 for a current owner adding-on. Each of these is a $1 per point increase over the prior round of discounts. 

Finally, one sold-out resort currently has incentives, but it appears to be limited to just current DVC owners adding-on. Disney's Sartoga Springs Resort sports a base price of $215 per point. Incentives range from $10 per point for an add-on of 100 points to $20 off of 200 or more.  This is the shortest-term discounted purchase with contracts for Saratoga Springs expiring in January 2054. 

Rates above are scheduled to remain available now through July 14, 2025.  

Disney Vacation Club's Magical Beginnings program may apply to certain resort purchases. Magical Beginnings allows buyers to effectively sell back their first year's set of points in return for an additional credit of $20 per point.
