Disney Vacation Club memebrs will continue to enjoy free access to Disney parks after-hours with nine exclusive nights planned throughout 2026.
Moonlight Magic is back for 2026. Following the recent pattern, Disney Vacation Club has announced a total of 9 events--an average of one per month--from January through September. The lineup begins with a January visit to Disney's Animal Kingdom and features four Disney theme parks plus one water park. The complete list is as follows:
- January 20: Disney's Animal Kingdom
- February 12: EPCOT
- February 23: Disney California Adventure
- April 22: Disney's Hollywood Studios
- June 25: Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park
- July 20: Disney's Hollywood Studios
- July 17: EPCOT
- August 4: Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park
- August 20: Disney's Typhoon Lagoon water park
- September 10: EPCOT
Moonlight Magic provides qualifying Disney Vacation Club owners with free late night hours at a designated theme park. Participants receive free park admission to an evening with low crowds and short attraction waits, free refreshments, unique character photo opportunities and more. Advance registration is required and members must qualify for Membership Extras in order to participate.
Members with resort reservations on the night of the event will receive the first opportunity to register. As was the case in 2025, it appears events will be grouped in several "seasons" with members permitted to register for one of the three available dates.
Additional capacity will be made available during a general registration period. Events hosted at the Walt Disney World theme parks typically are not able to accommodate all members wishing to attend. Altering travel plans to coincide with a planned event is not a guarantee for success.
Nine Moonlight Magic dates were initially scheduled in 2025 with the last held earlier this month. However, three more events were also announced for October, November and December at Disney's Animal Kingdom. Early registration for all three events will take place beginning at 11:00am eastern on October 2 with general registration set to occur on October 9.
