Disney Vacation Club Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration will experience some closures during the upcoming holiday season.
Following is a list of services which may be interrupted in the days surrounding Christmas and New Year's:
DVC Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration: Closed starting at 3:00pm Eastern on Wednesday, December 24, 2025. All departments will remain closed on December 25, reopening at 9:00am Eastern on Friday, December 26.
Member Services, Member Accounting and Member Administration will also close at 3:00pm Eastern on Wednesday, December 31, remaining closed on January 1, 2026. They will reopen at 9am on Friday, January 2.
DVCMember.com website will remain available for room reservations, annual dues payments, point banking and other administrative functions, except during scheduled maintenance periods.
Disney Vacation Club owner perks: Although Disney Vacation Club does not provide a concise list of blockout dates, member perks and discounts are often suspended on Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Members are advised to speak with a Cast Member before assuming that dining and merchandise discounts will apply.
Top of the World Lounge: Access to the lounge and its viewing platform are subject to unspecified blockout dates. No announcement has been made regarding the 2025 holiday season. However, access may be limited to registered guests of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort on select nights around Christmas and New Year's Eve. Signage is typically posted in the resort lobby on days when restrictions will be enforced.
Walt Disney World Sorcerer Pass: Admission to the Walt Disney World theme parks is not available through January 1, 2026 for those using the Sorcerer pass. Park access resumes on Friday, January 2.
