The Miller's Road Pool at Disney's Old Key West Resort will be closed beginning September 29, 2025.
Given the moderate temperatures and lighter crowds, the Fall and Winter months are a popular time to perform scheduled maintenance on Walt Disney World resort pools. From September 29 through late November, the Miller's Road pool at Old Key West will be unavailable to guests while crews complete necessary updates to the swimming hole.
Three other pools at the resort will remain available for guest use. Those include the Sandcastle feature pool located at the Hospitality House, as well as two other leisure pools in the Old Turtle Pond and South Point areas.
Work will also begin soon on The Paddock feature pool at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort. The Paddock pool will close October 13 with a planned reopening in early December. Next year, Bay Cove Pool at Disney's Contemporary Resort will close for an extensive refurbishment from January 26, 2026 through early May.
