Quarterly board meetings for condominium associations were mandated beginning in late 2024 as a result of changes to Florida law. The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort is not part of a condo association, and therefore is not subject to the quarterly meeting mandate. All other properties will continue to hold annual meetings each December.
DVCNews attended several of the resort meetings in December 2024 and published an extensive recap of each event. Disney Vacation Club stressed that it will continue to host a more substantial member gathering each December, although details for the 2025 meeting have not yet been shared. The quarterly meetings planned for (approximately) March, June and September will be announced on shorter notice and are expected to be smaller-scale affairs.
